The student council of the Pedagogical Institute named after U. Sultangazin is a student organization engaged in organizing, conducting, and participating in events of university-wide significance.
The Pedagogical Institute student council is a big family where every member feels valued and useful to society.
We aim to develop creativity, stage presence, and strive to uncover the talents of each of our members. We participate in events such as:
- The traditional freshmen festival of KRU “Hello, It’s Us.” This festival is designed to showcase the potential of first-year students and help them present themselves to the university’s student council.
- The traditional winter charity ball. This ball is held to raise funds for children with serious illnesses, and our council actively participates in this noble cause.
- Student Spring. In this large-scale competition among universities, the Pedagogical Institute council does its best to help Kostanay Regional University achieve victory.
Apart from university-level events, our council members also participate in activities organized specifically for the students of the Pedagogical Institute. A great example is the annual event “Mr. and Miss PI,” where our members compete for the title of the best couple of the Pedagogical Institute.
